Covid & Lockdown has been a bitch. Even the strongest most resilient of us have felt the strain- understandably so!

I’m Orielle Taylor, a Well-being and Mindset coach, helping amazing women like you find more balance and connection with their mental health and well-being and overall just a happier family life!

Let me start by saying this- if you keep going as you are going, you will (probably/maybe) burn out- physically, emotionally, or spiritually.

We were not made to do so much alone- we cannot do it all! Yet somehow we feel broken if we cannot keep doing it, or unable to prioritise our own wellbeing.

 

Over 5 weeks together, we will explore my unique ‘3 Ss’ to wellbeing: Simplify, Surrender & Supernova….the powerful expansion, increasing brightness, ejecting old beliefs & evolving into something magical!

 

My ‘3Ss’ can take you from anxious, overwhelmed frazzled, and disconnected to feeling resilient, calm, confident with a strong mindset full of possibility and hope.

Life does not need to be a struggle- there is an easier way!

Our children live in a brand-new world, that is fast evolving and changing. New pressures, stresses, and influences that we never had before now- it has never been harder to be a parent or a child. It can actually be bloody scary!

As a parent, we want to know how to confidently support our kids to navigate this new world!

We want to know how to bloody do that ourselves then support our kids.

As a parent we want to leave our own shit behind, old parenting patterns, our unwanted childhood experiences, outdated opinions, approaches, and beliefs.

We want to raise confident, resilient, curious, and loving warriors who can take on the world!

By understanding your own well-being, it means you are in the best place to support yourself and your children no matter what shit is happening….which is a lot right now! 🌎 🦠 😷

When you change, it ripples out to your relationship with your partner, your family, and vitally belief in yourself as a parent!

You CANNOT change anyone else, only yourself, and that will ripple into everything around you! Like an exploding supernova- nothing is the same after!

This is a stress-free, relaxed, supportive safe space with a group of amazing women supporting each other through a powerful new experience.

What’s Involved?

5 magical weeks together- that will feel like a lovely chat around the table with friends, all supportive, warm and fuzzy! 

Together we explore my unique 3 S system to wellbeing within. My 3 pillars: Simplify, Surrender & SUPERNOVA, help YOU  to master your mindset and deeply understand how your mental health and wellbeing work.

Each week will have a live teaching video, live group call, short prompt for you to deepen your learning and a private group where we can encourage and support each other for the 5 weeks. You have unlimited access to these resources and will be sent them by email for easy access.

The whole course is designed to make your life easier and not harder!

But What Do I know?

There was a time I was really consumed by my anxiety, I lived on high alert, I lived in energy of always doing, doing, doing, always busy. If I am honest- it was to try and avoid what shit was going on in my head! It was so bloody overwhelming in there, every time I thought I made progress, something would happen and I felt I was going backwards again.

For a long time I was functioning on the outside but behind the mask I was a mess! I didn’t have a bloody clue how to cope with the masses going on in my head and how this made me feel. It was overwhelming!

After years trying to ‘fix’ myself going to doctors, counselling, CBT I eventually found something that helped me understand what was going on in my head and how I could start changing what I was experiencing. This not only transformed my own anxiety, overwhelm, and mindset, it transformed how I am as a parent.

This course will help you understand the psychological system, your thoughts, feelings, habits works – like learning coding on your computer- it gives you the freedom to create whatever programme you want to run!! It will help YOU connect to your well-being & resilience within and create the experience you want in life.

My 3 Pillar approach is a powerful transformation that is simple yet significant.…a powerful expansion, increasing brightness, ejecting old beliefs & evolving into something magical!
